Definitely worth a visit. Very authentic restaurant and a really good atmosphere. Menu is huge as are the portions and all the starters, mains and drinks are well priced. It was a Thursday evening when we'd went so it was very quiet but I can So I was in Koln for business and was really hungry, I googled nearby restaurants and opted for Thai Haus.
The atmosphere is hardcore Thai, you really feel you are deep in Thai country, Chiang Mai for example.. I opted for the papaya salad and We did not have reservations but we got a nice seat outside, and had the green curry chicken and a spicy fried fish filet dish. The portions were generous and the flavors were authentic. The owner or manager visited our table and chatted amiably for Lady and gents if you wanna have the best Thai food in the city you cannot miss this place and the perfect food here!
They have the wider selection of meals in town and the best service as well! I would recommend to book the table in advance because usually in evenings the restaurant fully booked. The food is real Thai food, very tasty and the portions are huge. The food's price is reliable. We paid only 50 EUR for two people for the Walked past this restaurant several times over the previous days and were wondering where to go on our last evening - so glad that we decided on Thai Haus.
We didn't have a reservation but as it was getting quite late they found us a If you're considering this restaurant, go! We were in the neighborhood and saw this from across the street and based on the ratings we had to try it. We shared a mango Thai salad. Wonderful and spicy. Even though this is on the menu as We've visited ThaiHaus for a mid-week dinner, without making a reservation, yet were fortunate enough to get a spot.
The place is very cosy and tightly packed, yet with an intimate atmosphere. In Cologne with a friend for Christmas Market and wanted to experience authentic Thai food.
